Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Women held an expanded meeting under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education (Dr. Azhar Al-Zubaidi) in the presence of advisors of the Computing Center, and a number of concerned staff at Al-Warth University (peace be upon him) to discuss the possibility of launching the educational Al-Sarraj platform experimentally, which is a positive step towards achieving electronic governance in the corridors of the university.
The platform program included scientific and administrative affairs, to undertake the task of organizing teaching staff data and to carry out electronic arrangement and sorting of all lectures, in addition to storing administrative files related to registration and financial affairs for female students.
An integrated study was also prepared to launch a "Server", equipped with data for experimental transmission.
It is noteworthy that this platform was previously used by three local universities. Its success is a positive step, and it is of great importance in strengthening governance and electronic archiving of all university activities, whether at work of scientific or administrative departments.
