The Department of Electronic Calculators / Division of Systems and Software at Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for Women, in cooperation with the Department of Continuing Education, held a training course on: (Central Archiving System), in two groups, presented by each of the programmers: Hussein Fadel Mohsen, and Muhammad Awad Kazem, corresponding to 5_7/ 2/2023, for three days for each group, at Al-Kawthar Center for Continuing Education.
The course included methods of storing, preserving and indexing documents and files electronically and issuing detailed reports for all the different data and the possibility of reviewing them at any time and from anywhere. It also demonstrated the importance and how to implement an integrated archiving system.
